Dies Natalis 60 to Universitas Padjadjaran!!!

Dies Natalis 60 to my university - Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD). Dies Natalis simply means anniversary. The university was established in the year 1957, which is also the year of my own country, Malaysia get our independent's day.

It was a simply day for me today. We just registered ourselves to the university, to be officially a student in UNPAD. I had nothing to say much, just wanted to share some pictures I took at the office of UNPAD.

You? U? UPU!!! (A Special Guide In Applying Medicine through UPU system) Part 1

ARGGG!!! How should I arrange my UPU list ! !! The due date is going to come soon. I hope you've read my previous blog posts and realised that I wanted to be a doctor. Hence, I would try my best to put in an application guild for UPU application especially for those who wanted to be a doctor in Malaysia. First of all, I'll show you how did I fill my UPU online application. U PU application course arrangement list. Please focus on choices 1-4 as the choices 5-12 has been changed when submitted. Let me tell you some basics and updates about the latest UPU application (based on year 2017). Starting year of 2017, registration for both Universiti Malaya (UM) and Universiti Sains Malaysia  (USM) courses can be applied through UPU. It means you don't need to visit respective website of UM and USM to apply for their offered courses and you can save some money in buying a code for application as you just need to buy once for UPU. This breaking news seems good right? To me...

You? U? UPU!!! (A Special Guide In Applying Medicine through UPU system) Part 2

After you have submitted your UPU application aroun d May, you will be having around 2 months to relax or you take that time for your preparation for medical interview. So, what whi ch university int erview calling did I get at the end? Unfortunately, I just got UPM interview calling and was rejected by the other 3 universities. UM rejected me because of my poor Section C result for BMAT(I got email reply from UM) but for USM and UMS I have no solid evidence for my failure of application. So I asked lots of my Matriculation friends who applied medicine and which interview did they get and I formulated a suggestion list in how to order your UPU application for cho ices 1-4: UM - accepts if you put it in choice 1 only USM - accepts if you put it in choices 1 & 2 UPM -  accepts if you put it in choices 1 & 2 UKM -  accepts if you put it in choices 1, 2 & 3 UMS -  accepts if you put it in choices 1, 2 & 3 (definitely not 4) UNIMAS -  accepts...

So as one who have had experienced the disappointment and pain like you guys, I would like to share some tips in what to do next. My situation: I was offered into UPM Applied Chemistry but I wanted medicine. For your information, I only get UPM medicine interview. So when the day UPU result was released, I was disappointed. But don't be discouraged, there's always a way. Don't give up if it's really your course.  What you can do: 1. Give up 2. Not giving up If you chose give up: Just prepare yourself mentally and physically to enter university  ~ 😂 If you choose to not give up: 1. Appeal - *Prepare a letter to university to mention that you want to enter XX university XX course and state the reason(s) you want to enter the uni. - *Prepare a letter which is written by someone such as your lecturers or teacher as the recommenda...
